If it is original

I hope and believe that we are getting genuine honey without added sugar as mentioned there. I wonder what are those minute crystals like sensation when you take it , I believe it is part of this honey and may be sign of purity. I am not expert of honey but if its pure ( as it looks ) than its taste is definitely different from usual fake products available in the market. I liked it and felt that I may be taking genuine pure honey as honey should be.
